Dana 20 on TJ?

Will a dana 20 on bolt right onto a TJ?

I've got the 4.0L and a 5spd. I'm just wondering if the dana 20 can be a direct replacement for the NP231.

If not, what is involved in the swap?

You'll need an adapter for sure. Do some browsing at AdvanceAdapters.com

I was looking for the same thing awhile back (but for a xj) and didnt find any adapters to do it. but theres a couple companies that make adapters to hook up a d300 to your transmission (and flip kits so that it can be driver side drop)

btw, why do you want to put a d20 in your tj?

Also - the D20 is a passenger side output for the front. TJ's are driver side.
