dealership

alright guys i had to tell this story just because its about time a dealership manned up and fix something that they should i bought my jeep havent made the first payment and was haveing issuse with it leaking tran fluid from the front of the trans and from the pan and from the nutral safty switch and my starter went bad so i took it to the dealer and i was like look this is wild ive only had the car for a month and all this crap is happening and so they faught me for a while saying it wasnt covered under warnety and so i went to the owner of the car dealership and started tellin him what was going on within an hour of talking to him the service manager called me back and told me they where gonna cover everything and that it was only gonna cost me a 100 dollars so yeah its about time ive only been fighting with them for like 2 weeks so all i have to say to them isi win!!!!

I keep hearing these hooror stories and it must be a in the city thing. I have seen more goodwill warranty work since I started down here. things that are obvious abuse issues the the service manager tells me gm says it should last this long they mean it. I am glad to hear you got your rig fixed but I don't see why it took so long

You know thats great that they fixed it for ya. We have quite a few cars that get Gw warranty but if you look back it's usually the peeps that keep coming in for routine maint. and just stuff they would rather have the dealer do. GM does mandate certain things but like if your out at 36k and you have say 43k sometime's creative paperwork will help us get it pushed through.
