Decisions Decisions

Ok here is my issue/issues. I'm in the market for a new rear axle assembly and looking at what I thought was two solid choices. The Currie extra heavy duty 9 inch w/ 35 spline's and Detroit locker with the Explorer disk brake conversion or the Currie RockJock 44 with the same package. I asked this question on FaceBook and most answers fell toward the 9inch. I also got the question if you're going to spend that kind of money why not go with the Dana 60 (couple hundred more) ? So now I'm really confused I'm only planning on running 33 to 35's and will be my daily driver as well as a moderate trail rig for my family. So I pose this question to you the true gurus what would you suggest?
