Turn the headlights and radio on. What happens to them when you try to start the engine? Do the headlights dim all the way off and does the radio lose power?

When you have a choice, buy American.

My '03 Rubi is having this same problem. At the dealer right now.. I had it towed in on Saturday.. Dealer said it started today. I messed with it for about 4 hours on Saturday with no luck.

Dealer is going to keep giving it a look tomorrow to try and pin point it..

This happened to me once before but I just pulled the key out and tried again and it started right up... I thought it was just a fluke thing but apparently not..

You can just bypass the clutch interlock, but it sounds like it might be something else because of the buzzing, like a relay or something.
