AD, if you can help it pull the yoke off the front axle before you go get a new pinion seal. There are two different styles of pinion seal that came in the 30. You'll want to make sure that you get the same style that you have.
It's not a "hard" job, there are just a couple things you are going to want to pay attention too. The first is not fawking up the housing when pulling the old seal out. The second as someone stated before is not to crush the crush sleeve anymore than it already is.
