Just as the title says, I'm a bit disappointed in JCW. I order some seat covers in March. After three months, they had faded, BADLY. I was dealing with some mechanical issues so I just got around to contacting JCW. They stated that the seats were declined by the manufactorer warranty since fading wasn't covered. I inquired about JCW's "One Year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee". The rep said it wasn't covered. I read her the entire page where is explained this guarantee and nowhere does it mention seat covers. She said she doesn't know why they aren't covered.
I complained enough that they are going to refund me my money, but bottom line, their 1 year satisfaction guarantee isn't what they say it is!!
