Diy bl + mml

I found once on this forum that someone made those himself, but the dimensions were not fully there, can anyone who already done this give me the dimensions? or maybe measure up an aftermarket kit (JKS maybe?)

Also ppl are making them from aluminium, is there a downside for steel? (other than rust)

thanks

If you have access to a lathe and a milling machine (or drill press) they can't be to hard to make as long as you have proper measurements. good luck.

no one? the reason why i'm going to do it, coz the only shop that will get me the kit needs 400$ i won't be paying that much for such a simple thing that will probably cost me around 40$

Do they have hockey pucks available where you are? I've heard of them being used before. A guy I work with uses them for his YJ. For the MML, there wasn't much to the mounts in the kit I got other than the bolt extenders. They may be tricky to DIY.
