Let me be clear up front: THIS IS NOT MY JEEP, I DO NOT OWN IT. I did buy a Wrangler that I'm picking up tonight, but it's a totally stock 2006 Unlimited. I drove this orange Jeep before deciding on the one I purchased.
During my test drive of the orange Jeep, I was bounced all over the road and experienced what I believe was the "death wobble". The first thing I noticed was that while driving straight down the road, the steering wheel was turned like I was making a left hand turn. Second of all at 50 - 60 mph, it shook like crazy. Lastly, while riding down a slightly bumpy road, it felt like the Jeep was creeping (vibrating)
into the other lane (oncoming traffic). My question is do all lifted Jeeps drive this bad (I can't imagine they do)?
I don't know how high it's lifted, but it has 35 inch tires. Thanks.
