Do Colored Bed Liners Exist??

i have a CJ7 that i am considering "rhino lining". i want to line the inside (the regualr black is fine) and the outside. my cj is green so i will need the liner to be green so i dont have to change the title. does anyone make a colored bed liner or even a white liner that i could add my own pigment to. if not what are your opnions on using the regular truck bed liner and then painting over it?

For sure TurboLiner and Line-X has colored liners available. They are very similar to Rhinoliner in thickness and appearance though they use a different formula (polyurea) material.

Why would you have to change the title? Does NJ have the vehicle's color listed on the title or something?

Guess I forgot to hit "Submit Reply"

Check this Grizzly Grip - Coating for truck bed liners, boats, and more.

Check out TSCoatings.com for a liner that an be color matched with you vehicle color. You can get it with a sprayer in a kit. I was going to use this for my inside but laziness worked its way into the equation this summer. May still get to it this winter. This is a local (NC) dealer but the product is available in many areas.

thanks guys for the help. and yes nj has the color or the vehicle on the title, so changing it would be a major pain. the nj dmv really sucks if you have to make any changes on anyhting and to get a new title it is an arduous task.

I seriously (!!!) doubt your DMV would care if your truck bed was black. That's not an exterior color, that's inside the truck bed. Plenty of brand-new truck beds come with black liners but the DMV only registers the actual color of the exterior body.

Oh, thanks, lol. I know i'm a minority on this forum, plus i'm new, so i'm used to it, it doesn't bother me. i don't even correct people when it happens because it hard not to sound like a hard core b!tch when all you can do is type it out.

Haha, no problem. The world needs more Jeep girls, because theres nothing more sexy than a chick thats topless and dirty...you know what I mean, everyone get your heads out of the gutterBottom line, girls in Jeeps are HOTThats part of the reason I love my gf so much, after she realized there was no winning over the Jeep she stopped just putting up with it and decided to drive one herself

here, this one's for you and your gf

10 reasons to date a chick with a Jeep
10. You won't have to share your Jeep with her
9. Weather permitting, she prefers driving topless
8. Since she is obviously not into creature comforts, she will be low maintenance
7. She can probably perform her own Jeep maintenance, so you won't have to
6. She won't bitch when you are out working on your Jeep
5. She probably has her own tools
4. She likes it rough and bumpy
3. She can take your Jeep in for warranty work, and they won't ask her a single question,
even with that 4-inch lift and those 33-inch Super Swampers
2. She will usually buy you Jeep parts for gifts, and expect the same in return
And the Number One reason to date a chick with a Jeep:
1. Plenty of spare parts waiting to be stripped from her Jeep when she's not looking! (just remember she's probably doing the same to yours...if so marry her on the spot.
