Do i really need this

i have this rc 2.5" kit Jeep TJ Suspension Lift and i wanted to know if i really need the t-case drop on there or if i am good with out it. because it has now turned into my lowest point on my jeep. and any one fit a 285/75/16 on this kit. pics would be great thanks.

A t-case drop is counter productive....as you have found.

Whether you need it or not depends if you have driveline vibes without it. Each Jeep is different; some need it, some don't.

Remove the tcase drop and see if you get any vibes. If you do, look into the next step. A 1" body lift will allow a 1" motor mount lift. That is a good way to get rid of the vibes without lowering your tcase.
The next solution is to install a SYE and CV driveshaft.

if you have vibes after you install your lift you will need to put it on to get your driveline angles back to where they should be, you MIGHT not need it on a 2.5" lift, 4" + and you will need it for sure, just put the lift on and drive it, if it feels good and doesnt have vibes, dont put it on, but if it does have vibes put it on right away or you will be going through U-joints like crazy, and thats if your lucky enough not to break something major
