Hey whatever floats your boats, who cares what anybody else thinks. The beauty of Jeeps is that there is a gazillion aftermarket accessories to customize them any way you want, whether for mall crawling or hardcore trail. What works for some will not work for all.

Like my heep for instance, I'm building it for my needs, and not overbuilding. it's all flatland here, so I'll be building mine for the dirt trails at the deer lease, and the beach. Pucks, 31s and a truetrack in the rear is all I'll be doing on my 4 banger. I know this won't work for many, but I don't care. I'm still enjoying my Jeep, and if you go for this rubicon you should too. Oh, and the Rubicon is a good platform to be starting with anyway. Any updates on whether you got it?

It really doesnt make sense to ask someone if they like the way a Jeep looks when you already know you like it. Everyone knows, opinions are like ass holes, everyones got one. Some people will like it, some will ahte it. Stop reading what everyone thinks and buy it if you like the way its set up. Your the one driving it and a new vehicle is a big purchase so dont let other poeples thoughts on the apperance change your mind. It looks almost brand new and unwheeled so everything probably works fine. Thats really all that matters. The fact that it has D44's and lockers, and a 4:1 t-case is deffinatley a bonus though! And no, you shouldnt be shot for having your own opinion so matter what everyone says.

Should have went with at least 24s...

To each his own. Even with the 20s he can still articulate that bad boy up on some landscaping at the mall.

Really, though. If you like it, go for it. Life's short, enjoy it.

Doesnt look bad. Everyone has their own flavor. Least the rims are black. Would look 100 times worse if it had chrome wheels. Not like anything cant be changed if ya feel like it.

I know this is a necropost, but I find it interesting that the Rubicon has a xfercase drop on it when it should already have a CV. (Maybe it was installed because it was in the kit. LOL) But also the fender flares seem like the X version and not the wider Rubicon version. hmmmmm

20" rockstars and the red transfercase drop means that if the owner is a guy he may date you and other guys

LOL....Some of these guys are pretty harsh. It's your money, do whatever the hell you want with it. I personally like the Rock Star wheels, but I'm not a fan of that particular wheel/tire combo. But again, you aren't spending my money.

I must agree with your first statement. Yes you should be shot. Oh wait that was a question and not a statement. Nice Jeep, but lose the rims and tires. It just looks like a pavement princess.

That black JK somebody pictured is way more retarded then the white rubi you're checking out. The TJ is passable at least, that JK looks like a giant douchemobile.

Make sure the batteries are locked down solid for the hydraulic system. Never saw a Jeep lowrider before. Bet it will hop like the dickens.

Really? I have a TJ and really don't like JKs, but it still looks better than the white TJ in the original post.

You know what? You can't please everybody on the planet, so there is always gonna be some A-Hole that is gonna find something wrong, I say "JUST PLEASE YOURSELF," and don't be affraid or appologise to them when you do! The only person you have to answer to is you.

Get that sucker. The best thing about drivin' a Jeep is that ya never glance over at anyone elses ride and get startled coz you think somebody stole yer vehicle. Get it, and make it the way ya love it. If it already IS the way you love it, then dang you for bein' a luck-shot mongrel.

IMO....it doesn't look right with the tire/wheel setup. but if it's priced right.........

Should you be shot why? Obviously you like it enough to post and ask about it. Why ask other people you don't even know, you're not buying it for them. Its something you're driving. Yes maybe it needs bigger tires but that's a sweet rig and I would drive it in a heart beat.

Everyone doesnt like the same thing so who cares what the next guy says about it. just means no one will have one that looks like it. I've seen peoples ideas on here that are just flat out hideous but I really don't care because he/she likes it and its not on my jeep.

Whatever you got hope you enjoy it and make it yours

What I don't get is why is everyone telling him to buy it (or not) when he posted this 4 years ago? Do you really think he's still trying to decide?
