Does this look like a 4" suspension lift

I bought it with this already installed I can post some other pics of underneath my jeep if you need those, I don't know it this is a 4" or what also, would it look bad if I put like another 1 or 2 inches of body lift on it?

Take pictures of the suspension....I.E = coil springs, control arms, so on.

We can probally tell you what it is. And who made the lift.

I dunno. If those are 33" tires, it doesn't look in that last photo posted like there's enough tire clearance up front for it to have a 4" suspension lift installed.

For body lifts, I usually recommend a 1" max which is fine and doesn't usually cause any real problems. It could make your transfer case shift a little more stiffly but if it does, it's easily cured with a t-case shifter bracket kit.

they look like 32s to me. with 4" lift. Believe or not my tcase shifts easier and smoother with the 1" tcase drop and 2" body lift i have than it did stock. I assume its because of the linkage angles coming from the tub to the bracket.

Measure the height of the springs. Take a scale and measure how much space there is from the bottom of the spring to the top. You can also measure the frame to ground clearance but then that will add height of the tires too.

I can tell from the pic's you posted you have a t-case drop but cant see the rest of the components. Some better pic's of the suspension would help.

It would look fine With 1'' BL.

T-case shifter linkage will need adjusted./ fan shroud adjusted.

I still think it may be the procomp 4'' lift.

Depends on what BL "brand" you go with. Many like the PA (performance accessories) 1'' BL and the JKS 1.25'' BL. There are also several other companies for BL. Those two are probally the most popular.

I've installed both...the JKS comes with an adjustment plate and instructions, as does the PA bl.

For the fan shroud you'll need to lower it so the fan does not hit it. It is more simple than most make it out to be. And if you have a dremal with a small drill bit , it only takes 5 minutes to do.

There are also write-ups for bodylift installs on 4x4explore.com and Stu Olsens websites.
