Named mine Harley. When the Dr pulled the plug on my riding days I bought my 2000 Sahara to replace my Harley.
Damn good replacement so far, only had it a couple weeks before I put it in the garage bcuz Oregon rain started but I can tell from the short time I got to use it I'm gonna have plenty of fun in it.
Mines name is El Whappo cause I'v hurt my self and others so much doing dumb ass things in it. Plus whenever we want to go off roading we call it whamp whamp so those two things just started sticking so now its El Whappo "The WHAP" ha
To me, simply because of the way I think which isn't necessarily right, I believe that Jeeps should earn their own name, not be given one that was made up by the owner because it sounds cool. How does a Jeep earn its name? Hard to say, it just happens when it happens. An incident, friends, a personal or Jeep quirk, etc.
I'm still trying to figure out how my first TJ became known as the Geezer Jeep but it did (I have an idea how ). After the Geezer Jeep was stolen in March and I finally got a replacement, others started calling it Geezer II so there you go.
My first TJ was Geep because people call me G, I just bought another TJ and it earned its name today because on the trail there were low branches that would scrap the hard top and it sounded like somebody had just stuck a pig, so hence "STUCK PIG"
i used to call my old built toyota "the weapon" cause it impressed me so much off road.havnt named the jeep yet but i usually just call it "the rubi" since its a rubicon .when i first bought it i called it things like "the mistake".
Well SHE started out as Baby Girl but my husband said no way! He thinks it should be named something hyper-masculine like Crawl (the Warrior King). So due to compromise He is named Bubba. (in my mind sometimes I still call her baby girl though )

My Jeeps' name is Dolly. Named after my little sweetheart that passed away from congenital heart failure. Strange thing, after taking her for her last ride in the Jeep to bury her, my Jeep died that afternoon also. (Coil pack crapped out!)
