My son calls her "The Bumblebee" when he asks to borrow her,
Gotta come up with something better than that!

We had a Grand Cherokee, and now a Compass. So it (the TJ) has always been "The Big Jeep", as opposed to litttle.

I ordered a Chadwick shirt

Now down to business. I need a name for my "new to me" 2003 silver Tomb Raider Rubicon.

I am open to suggestions.

Ohh.. I wanted one of those.
That's how I ended up with this silly light bar on the top of mine.

Please, believe me when I say, your Jeep WILL tell you it's name. You can try to choose a name like you would for a child, but your Jeep has a name, it just needs the opportunity to tell you what it is.

Lets see some pics of that thar Heep!

Well I have'nt given mine a name yet either, but my wife came home a couple weeks ago showing me this clip from a really old film which some of you may be familiar with where the guy calls this jeep the "antichrist". He can't shut it off or it wont start, has no brakes so everytime he stops along his journey to go pick up this lady he has to jump out and throw a rock under the tire, then on the way back the stull it in the river so he hooks the winch in a tree limb and in the mean time he gets busy elsewhere and comes back and the jeep is hanging from the tree. Pretty Funny

I have had this one for 3 years now and it has never done anything to earn any name that I can think of. When I bought it from the original owner, she said she always called it Jeepy. My wife and I thought that was funny but somehow we still to this day call it Jeepy.

I never really thought of it as a name, but my Dad's friend in AZ owns a XJ and when he found out I'd bought a TJ he called it a Heep. So Dad always asks how "Heep" is doing and its sorta stuck. Usually though I just call her by assorted references: sweetie, baby, darling, bitc*, depending on how she's acting and how far away from home I am.

Ha, just named her this week. She's now known as "Murder Jeep" due to the flat black shake and spray and her knack for hummer hunting.

We just call mine "the jeep".
I once had a truck named Lucile, as in Loose Seal, because no matter how many times I replaced a seal in it, it would end up leaking oil again. And I had one pronounced "old EFee, because it had EFI on the front for the electronic fuel injection.

I named mine Norma Jean. not after Marilyn Monroe but bc it sounded like a big ole southern woman, which she is. My girl calls it "that damn thing that wastes all our money and i never get to go on good vacations" I prefer Norma....

Right after I got her I was at some friends house. They have two sweet daughters who I'm like an uncle. The 8yr called her Jeepy, but when her 3yr old sister said it - it came out Gigi. After taking them for a ride topless and doorless the youngest hugged me and said Gigi is cool. From then on she was Gigi
