Does your Jeep leak?

Hello all,

My dad had a YJ which leaked.

Now, I've noticed that my 2000 has a little leak. I think it's from the power steering line.

O well. Does your Jeep leak? If so, do you repair it right away or do you let it be.

Depends on the leak. My transmission drain plug leaked when I first bought mine. Took me a while to fix that. It was a small leak. Now it seems my transfer case has a small leak. Hopeful to get to that one sooner.

Haha. So we all concur; let 'em leak cuz there will always be leaks?

Mine has a very small leak. If you have an OCD type personality, I guess leaks are unacceptable.

my jeep did have the infamous radiator leak until i replaced it. Everywere i parked it, it would leave a little puddle. After a while of hearing people tell me my jeep was leaking it got erritating. I started telling them that it didn't leak it was just marking it's Territory.

Yep, for the most part. To work one day a week or so (75 miles RT) when I can. It had 55,000 on it two and a half years ago when I bought it. First owner put 35k (94-2000) on, second family gave it to their daughter to drive back and forth to college (20k in five years).
