Take the nuts off the bottom of the hinge pins then lift them off. If they've never been off it might be tough the first time. Open and close the door as you are lifting up.

agree they should have nuts on the bottom of the pins, if not and you see threads someone already took the nuts off. Just lift up while swinging the door and they should break free, if there really stuck you may want to use some penetrating oil, such as PB blaster.

Soak them well with something (as above) like a penetrating oil and let it sit overnight if you have to. The first time off is a real bear so don't get discouraged. After that, keep them well lubed to facilitate future ease of removal.

You just have to lift and swing at the same time, rock it back and forth. If you have it partly closed it helps sometimes.

If this helps anybody, living in nw pa we get lots of rust. I used pb blaster and used my floor jack with a 6x6x18'' long with a folded rag on top. I put the 6x6 as close to the hinges on the bottom of the door a started jacking it up. Moving the door a little whiling doing so it finally came out. However it did have my jeep darn near off the floor. Did I mention NW PA winters cause rust.

this might seem obvious but i tend to get hung up on it quite often. dont forget the strap that keeps the door from swinging all the way open lol
