doors

So I bought a set of half doors off someone on craigslist last night for what I think is a pretty good deal, paid 250 for the door and the upper frame with a tan and black soft cover, doors didn't come with locks or mirrors but whatever ill take mine off, seem like a pretty good deal to u guys???

Anyway since I now have these was wondering what u guys think a good price to try to sell my full doors for would be, the exterior is in good shape the occasional small scratch but I keep them buffed and waxed, the interior panels are a little faded on the top edges from the top being down, and the only real bad thing about them is when I bought the jeep the passenger side grap handle had been ripped out of the panel and had broke the piece were the bolt goes thru but I fixed it with just a washer and screw so it holds in place, so just wanted to get some opinions on price and like I said they won't have mirrors or door locks
Thanks guys

I would start much higher than 400. 400 is a great deal, but you could get a lot more. I would start at 6-700.

Honestly you should keep them. You may want them somewhere down the road and the full doors are nice to have.

I thought about keeping them but the way I look at it is I have a softop and don't ever plan on gettin a hardtop, and the hard doors don't really offer that much more protection since I have the softop. Plus if I sell the full doors I can do a 8.8 swap with the cash I make

Yep can get an axle for under 150 then artec truss for ~350=500 and if I can get at least 700 which is the lowest I have seen a set go for that leaves me with 200 towards a sye and driveshaft, or to go into the axle to replace needed bearings or such.

I'm going to get a 8.8 already geared 3.73 so I don't have to worry about gearing, and idk haven't really thought about it like I said if my father in law isn't interested ill let u know cuz I have no use for them

Ok so got the hinges loose with a little heat and got them lined up but I have one question, when I went to put the door lock cylinders out of my full doors into the half doors they don't seem to have the right metal tab on the back of the cylinder, for the rod on the half doors, does anyone know if the little metal tab is different for the half and full doors

Ok so after some research it appears that the tab on the full door is longer than the tab for the half doors, sooo does anyone know were I can find those shorter tabs, I've looked around a little bit but all of the diagrams I have seen do not show the tab on the part lists.

Why move the lock cylinders? Locking a half door, or any soft top jeep for that matter, is like locking a screen door.
