Doors hard to close w/Bestop

Just removed my hardtop and installed a new Bestop on my '97 TJ. I believe it is centered correctly in the windshield frame, but now the doors are hard to close. If you close them slowly, you notice that the window frames seem to hit first and you have to close them pretty hard to compress the seal and get the doors fully closed. These are full doors. Has anybody else had this problem?

yes, i did when i put my replace-a-top on. if you slowly bend the frame of the windows outward (slowly and easily) it will fix the problem. just bend ever so slightly untill they will shut correctly...
