Just soak the hinges good for a few days with PB Blaster, roll down the window, open the door and walk back and forth while lifting up on the door. It seems to have a sweet spot at about 3/4 ways open. It comes out real slow but when it comes off, make sure you have a good grip on the thing so it doesn't go flying. Then sand the pins with some fine sandpaper and coat them with white lithium grease. Some people use a jack to lift up on the door but I think that's nuts.
