Soak 'em in PB Blaster for a day or so, and lift, swing and pull...

Yep, PB Blaster, and swinging the doors back and forth as you lift.

And I noticed you said nut, there are two on each door. Just in case.

A 2x4 and a floor jack can help with the lifting just don't force it

yeah, work the PB or Liquid wrench into them really good and swing back and forth as you pull up on them. I've also seen the chunk of 2x4 and a jack help but like mentioned, dont force it. You can push a little pressure up on the door with the jack (remember a little pressure) then hit the hinges with a rubber hammer to shock them loose.

Also, once you get them out, sand or wire brush the studs really clean and clean out the holes as well. Then coat them with grease or anti-seeze and it will be a piece of cake going forward.

i have a 1997 and when i went to take the doors off for the first time (ever in the like 14 years its been made) they wouldnt come off so i hit it with a lot of WD-40 to get the rust off and then just lift and swung until it came off took maybe 10 minutes a door.... once you get them off hit the pin and inside the holes with WD-40 and/or grease them up and they should slide right in and out from now on

I have a JK, but my passenger door was stuck really good this weekend and slowly using my jack with padding on it to protect the door worked great.
