Drivetrain capacities and recommended oil?

I just bought a clean used 03 Rubicon and am wanting to change all of the fluids. It didnt have the manual and the parts stores had to order in a haynes manual. I want to drain the front and rear diff, xfer case and the tranny (5spd). I realize that I could look up the capacities but I am mainly interested in everyones recomended lubricants.
