Driving Lights/ Fog Lights

Hey guys, lookin for some imput.

I just bought a front light bar for the front bumper and was was looking to pick up a set of driving lights or fog lights but not trying to spend a whole lot.

Im looking to spend $150 or less and also the easiest to install. And which is "better" driving lights or fog lights.

Why not have both in one? These are what I ended up with. They work great and are crazy bright!
