Engine RPM unstable

Hi guys, I have a 05 wrangler with auto tran. When I start the engine the first time in the morning for the day, after a little while the engine would get louder and the RPM jump up and down so quickly. It's just like I'm stepping on the gas constantly. But when that happen I turn off the engine and wait for a couple second turn it back on the problem go away. And it wouldnt happen again for that day. I also notice whenever that problem appear the engine seem like eat up a lot of gas. Any ideas?

Try cleaning the throttle body and your upstream o2 sensor could be getting lazy
