everyone has an opinion

So seems everyone has an opinion on how I should lift my jeep. One guy was saying a 1" body lift with a spacer lift. I was just going to do a 2-3" lift on the suspension which is better?

thanks
S

2-3" suspension would be better. But all of it depends on your budget as well

Each has it's own pros/cons. The 1" body lift will help if you want to do a tummy tuck or gas tank skid lift. The Suspension is more expensive, but'll probably give better flex.

If you have the money get a good suspension lift now then add the body lift later if you wan to upgrade the skids.

Personally I'd combine the two recommendations. 2.5'' OME, and 1'' BL. then you can still armor the underside, and have great flex. 1'' BL isn't for appearance, as it changes the look of the jeep so little that 90% of people wouldn't even notice.

don't forget to ask yourself what you're going to be doing with the Jeep once it's lifted; rocks, sand, mud, mall crawling...

A suspension lift is by far the best option, OME from what I've heard makes a good product but are pricey.

Yea the 4" is like almost 700 bucks but I have t heard one bad review about it besides that some people want more lift. I have heard that with the lifts ya really do get what you paid for.

everything I've heard about OME has been positive.

Another thing I've heard is the guy to ask is Dirk @ DPG offroad. He's said to be a very nice, informative guy.

I'm confident he knows much more about all this than I do.
