Exhaust

I was thinking about either replacing my exhaust system with an aftermarket system or just replacing the muffler. I want a nice tone nothing to crazy. What do you guys recommend?

I'm a distributor for MBRP, Banks, and Magnaflow.

I just put a Banks Monster Exhaust cat-back system on my 03 TJ. I like the tone of it, but it is noticeably louder, especially on the highway. It does drone a little bit, above my tire noise. Check out some Jeep muffler videos on Youtube to hear some of the options you are looking at.

X2. I just put my banks on, good price, fit and sound but youtubing is how I decided on banks. Borla makes a pretty quiet cat back you may want to check out their vids. Pricey though :-(

Ive listened to the videos on youtube but the sounds quality honestly sucks on all the videos.

Hq on u tube. Listen through headphones or if u can watch it on ur phone in ur car on the stereo.

heres my magna flow i did about 2 weeks ago. its not much louder buts its alot deeper. it cost me 300$ from 4 wheel parts

heres a video of my exhaust i took right after i had a local muffler shop weld up most of the cracks in my header, still has a few cracks, (you can here the leak at the end pretty well), its all stock except a flowmaster 40, i love the way it idles, not to loud but nice and low, i do eventually want to bring it in and get tip replaced as you can see its a big ugly from being old :P

Have the banks and love it. Provides nice sound without being too loud or anoying. If finally audible compared to the noise of the engine. It is audible on highway but not intrusive compared to the soft top noise. Nice blubing when your cruising and roar when your having fun.
