Extended vent tubes on your axles

Hey everyone. Need some ideas on how to extend my vent tube on my axle. After my lift, the foctory hose is too short. Got some water in my rear diff.. Ooops!

i ran mine over the top of the gas tank skid

How tall is your lift that made the hose too short? My TJ is lifted 5" + a 1" body lift and it's still running the stock vent hoses.

mine pulled out from the gas filler, just stuffed it over the gas tank. its an auto so i dont do water

I use clear tubing, because it's cheap from a hardware store. I think I used copper tubing for fittings, you can get plastic fittings at a parts store.
I ran the rear axle vent to the 3rd brake lite.
Don't forget the transmission and transfer case, I ran them to the engine compartment along with the front axle vent.
I hope the other guys stay at the malls.

which ID do the hoses have? how are they attached to the axle?

I ran my front up next to the radiator with an appropriate loop for suspension travel. The rear is on top of the gas tank. Transfer case is up by the battery tray. I used 3/8 fuel line.
