Factory lsd upgrade

Hi everyone, i just purchased some carbon fiber clutches for my mustang and a friend has them and they grip very well. They also cost $100. Dont we have anything for the jeeps like that? Noo harder griping clutches for the rear end?

I think the clutches in the Trak Loc are just fine for what they do... any more and you might get grief from it. After all... it is a Dana 35... I have a 35 with a trak loc and 4.56's on 33's and she does superb in all kinds of junk for what she has.... I don't push the envelope and mash hard on the peddle.... I don't spin my junk for fear of hooking up and snapping a shaft.....I don't get caught in a binding situation... I respect her for what she is and don't push my luck.

For our Jeep applications, the best performing limited slip is one that isn't driven by clutches but rather from a worm/helical gear i.e. Detroit TrueTrac.

I undersand that the gear lockers are much better, but clutches is a cheap upgrade andy factory ls does not bad. Its not the best offcourse and its nothin like my front aussie but it still is okay. Soo i thought thaat with clutches with a bit of bite it would do even better.

I got a 44 which iam sure would keep up okay with even an autolocker, with 33's.
