Factory rear seat help?

Hey, all! I'm new and need a bit of help. My husband drives a 98 Wrangler (Sahara if it helps) and took his rear seat out years ago to make room for a speaker box - that ended up stolen. : ) Now, we're hoping to put the seat back in and can only find the 2 curved brackets. I was not involved with the uninstall, so I have no idea what parts we're missing to get it put back together. I don't even know if they took it out correctly or went way overboard or what. Seems like they took too much out from doing quick "rear seat install" searches on Google.
If there is anyone who might be willing to help I would certainly appreciate it.
I don't have the owner's manual right now. I am hoping that when my husband gets home he'll still have it and I can get "technical" terms if needed. : )
I can take and upload any needed pictures to better illustrate pretty much anything once the Jeep is here, so if anyone needs me to clarify anything just let me know and I can get you pics.
Thanks in advance if anyone can help!!!

There should be two brackets near the front of the wheel well that have holes in them for the pins on the bench, and there should be a third bracket of some kind on the drivers side toward the rear that locks the seat down in place. I also have a 98, unfortunatly my backseat is burried under stuff and I am not able to dig it out.

He's on the way home so I will take a look to see what he's actually still got in the back. From what I gather both from you and eHow, they went WAY too far taking that seat out. I should not have brackets in my hand and the seat should basically "click" into place.

Bwahahahahahahahah! This is gonna be FUN!

Would you mind if I post pictures later if I cannot figure this out? It may just be that I have to go to Lowe's and get nuts and bolts that fit with this.

I love trying to ask people questions with absolutely no info myself.

Thanks for answering with the little I could give you initially! You have confirmed that I probably should have been involved in that seat removal. LOL

If bluegirl does not want them, let me know. I've had this thread up in the wanted section for several days now: http://www.wranglerforum.com/f15/tj-...ets-80423.html

Thanks,

Thanks, but after looking at it last night, I have located all the brackets. LOL I saw someone else was interested, though.
Looks like all we are needing are 4 bolts and the nuts, maybe? My garage is horribly lit at night so I could not see if the bolts actually screw into something or if I need nuts, also.
If you know what size bolts I need, that would be fantastic! Oh, and if I need nuts, too . . .

We didn't have the owners manual - not shocking - but we have a Haynes book. Unfortunately, it shows a whole different setup. LOL

I think we'll be good if I can figure out the bolts, now. Almost there!

Thanks, everyone!

Maybe this will help...I pulled these from my handy dandy factory service manual! It looks like they are bolts without nuts. You can find an FSM to download here for free: http://www.lockitupoffroad.net/phpBB...php?f=2&t=4749 . That manual is far superior to any Chilton or Haynes manual you will find..... somebody else was kind enough to post that link on here after I already paid $3 for my pdf factory service manual.
