Factory Tire carrier

Anyone have a simple way to push out the factory tire carrier so that a stock rim with a 32'' tire will mount properly with out using an adapter like the one below?

I had a 33x12.50R15 on a stock rim. I put a few washers behind the wheel then took off the bump stops that are bolted to the tail gate.

I have that thing you have pictured the tire shakes really bad

I just flipped my rim around and mounted it inside facing out. Its been like that for 6mo, Id say its ok temporarily. Im still saving for a tire carrier bumper.

yep just take off those bump stops, which by the way make a really good hood buffer that you can mount a Hi-Lift on with some wingnuts, then it should fit on smoothly... BUT... and there always is one, doing this I guess caused my tailgate to sag because eventually the tailgate was a major pain in the arse to open. I would suggest some type of swing-away for the bigger tire.
