Faded Tan Hardtop 01 Wrangler

I am selling the 01 wrangler and need advice on what product to apply to the painted surface on the hardtop that is faded. Armorall appears to moisturize it but does not look good. any suggestions?

Get a can or two of Krylon Tan cammo paint. Not as good as Fusion but it holds up pretty well.

The hardtops are made of fiberglass so a plastic style paint wont hold very well. A regular automotive pain should be just fine.

Wax will only prevent any further fading... painting it will be about the only way to bring it back or close to original.

Had a fiberglass top on my Bronco.. Only wax that wont turn white on the top and make it look worse is 100% pure carnuba like Yellow Wax. But again that lasts about two weeks and you gotta do it again. The only permanent solution is paint.

Try the Turtle Wax Ice.That's what I put on mine and it will last for a bit,but you will have to reapply in about 4 weeks or so.It looks good after you have done it.
