Fair price???

So I'm a YJ guy, but my buddy wants tob buy this 97 tj. Asking $6, 000. The body mounts under doors are rusted through as with the "drain holes" in floorboards. Three spots of bubbled rust on fenders. The rest of this jeep is CLEAN! Question being cost of repairs vs. Paying 6 grand. FYI stock 97, Sahara, hardtop, 4.0, 5 speed, 150, 000 mi. I know the used car guy has to "make a buck" but what is a fair price? Any and all input is welcome. Thanks!

I would look real close at the frame. If there is that much rust in places, my guess is that the frame is chewed up a bit as well. ^K seems a bit hi with all the rust to me.
