Fan Not Blowing...

The one morning I wanted heat, it conveniently doesn't work. Yesterday, I had it blowing fine, but this morning, I can't get the fan going (AC or heat). I'm hoping it's just the fuse for the blower motor, but I don't know. I don't have a manual (yet), so if anyone could tell me where that fuse is, or offer additional guidance, it would be appreciated. It's not behind the glove box unless I'm blind, and it's not labeled under the hood.

I often heard of a damaged fan switch in the dash.

Tell me what model you have and I can send you a PDF..

The switch on the far right for ac-heat-defrost.....it has a "enable" (sp) contact. Burns out ALLOT. I have replace mine twice, dealer just shrugs and sells me a new one. Morris 4x4 center sells the entire panel for around $ 100. Simple fix, but it may go again in a year or two. Been there done that on this one, twice so far. BTW...you CAN jiggle the switch or take out your glove box and move the wires to check and see if it is it. If it is any help, running mine wide open (fan) seemed to burn it out faster.

if its just the blower motor fan switch heres a link. Mine was bad but still had second speed. If you don't have any it could be something else if they all worked before.

Switch, Heater Blower Motor*5011214AA by the Jeep Specialists | Morris 4x4 Center

The switch is cheaper than getting a whole pannel. If that is the problem.

Well after a 48 hour break, it started to blow again. I was about to go in and look for the problem, but one last test kept me from having to work on it.

Thanks for the help anyway.
