fender advise.

well, i have a smitty, src tube bumper and i hit a tree while going down a steep down hill decent on a muddy hill.. and the bumper went right into my fender. i have a new replacment bumper. and i cannot find any tj drivers fenders. well for under a hundred bucks.

should i try to flatten the top piece of fender and cut the front fenders? or do tube fenders? or still try to find replacement fender and leave it? or get a replacement fender and cut it to minimize tire rub. (which is minor for me right now) its mainly a cosmetic thing.

what are some ideas.. id be willing to buy something you guys may have laying around

I vote for a new set of flat fenders and a heavy duty bumper.

I'm going to drive it till the wheels fall off, put them back on, and keep going.

Have seen that same thing happen to several Jeeps running that same bumper. Any hit at all sends the tube into the fender. A horrible design if you actually wheel your Jeep.
Still bummed that happened to your Jeep though. I would go back with a flat fender of your choice. Metalcloak, genright.
