I've got the same tag. It's on the front crossmember. I don't have one by the seat though.

As others have said, this is the 'partial' fendertag from your front bumper cross member. The 'full' fendertag is bolted to the floor between the driver's seat and the door. As you might guess, the partial tag doesn't provide as much info as the full tag. Having said that, let's evaluate what is does tell you.

You read a fendertag from left to right, bottom to top.

U = built for U.S. market
ERH = code for your engine
DGB = code for your transmission
6P730086 = last 8 characters of your VIN
2242 = ???
TJJS78 = body & trim code for your Jeep
PJC = your primary paint code
QJC = your secondary paint code (the same color as your primary)
P5J3 = code for the interior trim & color
GCF = an option code related to glass/windows
MEF = another option code
END = end of codes on this tag

I apologize for the lack of detail. This is all off the top of my head and I'm falling asleep. I can update this post at a later time if you like.
