Yes, all that is required is a two inch Budget Boost, that goes above the springs. They look like fat, hockey pucks.

ya don't even have to do a BB (but it's definitely good). so many people run 31's and no lift.

I have 31s and no lift. I do plan on getting one though when I get back to the states.

Yes... I saw yesterday in the dealer a Jeep with 32x11.5 in 15x8 without lift and good tires/flares clearance (for the city of course). according to the dealer that is the maximum tire size that you can go without lift or wheel spacers and no rub at all (again... city driving).
