The rims are the black ops rims the previous owner put on...they are like a gunmetal or granite looking. The spare rim is black so I am going to try and find 1 rim to match other 4. I don't plan on doing anything major to it because previous owner did excellent job with mods in my most humble and newb opinion. 33"s, 4" lift, etc.
I am partial to yellow (being as that's the color of mine haha) but I really like that color. I've seen it on one or two around here, but not super common (at least around here). Congrats on the first jeep, I know when I got mine it was the best feeling ever!
Congrats on a nice looking rig, that also appears to be in excellent shape! Is it a Rubicon? I only ask because it doesn't have the Rocker Guards, has the lower plastic fender pieces, and appears (can't tell for sure) to have drum brakes out back. Interesting that it also has the trail rated badge, which, I thought, wasn't used until 2004. I've seen people add those though!
LOL...you are very observant...previous owner did all the mods...he added the trail rated badge...it's actually an '03 sahara, but he liked the look of the rubicon sticker so he added that as well. I'm not complaining because it is in great shape and looks pretty good IMOunk: and I am just really stoked about finally owning a jeep. I'm a complete newb but gonna enjoy:iamhappy:
I noticed for two reasons. First, one of my previous Jeeps ('05) was Light Khaki and it's one of my favorite colors. Second, this looks like a super clean find. It's getting harder and harder to find ones that aren't beat up and abused, so nice score. Treat it right and it will put a smile on your face every time you drive it!
