I have never heard of this before, not from the flasher anyway. Is it the same buzz as when you leave the lights on,door open, keys in the ignition???Any of those the same buzzing noise? If so I would say it is something else that is triggering it and a coincidence that it stops with the turn signals or flashers are on.I would start by pulling the door defeat fuse and see if it stops.Other than that I would say we are going to need a little more info.

It might be a ground issue. I know when a CB radio or 2-way radio has a bad ground they make whiney noises. Im not sure if the lights could work the same.

Could also have a bad buzzer. My grandpas Buick wagon had a bad buzzer and it worked all funky and stuff when it wasnt supposed to.

Im not real familiar with the wranglers wiring. If you have some more info tha would help to.

Is that big image in your signature? Might want to downsize it a bit.

Are you 100% sure it's coming from the flasher relay??? I mean you hear it and can pull the relay out and it stops buzzing right???If that is the case I see you replaced the switch and the flasher but have you tried to replace the relay also???I just have never seen a relay buzz and have to wonder if it isn't the door buzzer or something else but if certain it being the relay I would swap it out with another and see if that stops it.

yes relays can be wired to be a buzzer. I assume they might eventually get damages since they are not made to be a buzzer but thats out of the question.

85 goes to 30

87A goes to +
86 goes to gnd.

it can also be wired the other way 86 to 30 and then 87a to + and at last 85 to gnd.. doesnt matter since the electric coil doesnt require exact polarity to charge.

just to refresh ur memory 85 and 86 are the electric coil, 30 is the common between the 87A and the 87

87A is the full one
87 is the secondary that is powered when there is power energizing the coil.
