flush mount brake light ?

I currently have a set of flush mount brake lights on my TJ (99) and would like to add some reverse lights, does anyone happen to know of any flush mount (4") brake lights with reverse lights built in? trying to not have to mount anymore lights on the back as I dont feel like cutting it up anymore lol!

I mounted a set of slim fog lights up behind the rear bumper. Not noticeable until I back up. Plus a lot brighter then stock

Not cheap @ about $200 a pair. ORO LITE DOTS. I have these and really like them. They are LED and work great.
