here are mine, got them on amazon along with my license plate light bolts i just use a harbor freight fog as my reverse light, use to have two on my spare tire swing out, ive since remove it an just reinstalled the one light( its plenty bright)
the visible wiring coming from the tailgate was only temporary and has since been removed

Do these wire directly into the wiring for the taillights? I'll go with just the 4" flush mount and use some flood lights for the reverse lights.

You may have to do some splicing

I swapped out the old flush mount tractor trailer style for these led ones today. Took about 25 minutes to wire them, but i already spliced the wires. Just label all your wires and it should go smooth. I have 1/2" 9watt leds for reverse lights that are super bright

I had a set of these in my amazon cart for a while...

AutoSmart KL-25105C-R Red Flush-Mount LED Stop/Turn/Tail Light with Clear Lens : Amazon.com : Automotive

but recently switch to the grommet style

AutoSmart KL-25108RK 4" Round LED Stop/Turn/Tail Light Kit with Red Lens : Amazon.com : Automotive

has anyone used these lights?
I may swap out the actual lights with KC's but the grommet and wiring for these is the same and you can't beat that price.
I also went with some 10W eagle eyes for the reverse lights and some motorcycle license plate bolts.

those look awesome! Im kinda impressed with all the pics of these eagle eyes. I ordered a pack of the 5W 1/2" and a set of the 10W 1"

I read that 10W output something like 700-800 lumens which is insane.

I love my eagle eye lights. When I ordered mine I didn't see 5w or even 10w ones!

Supposedly mine are only 1.5w

ok stupid question on this i measured the rubber gasket ring at 4.5 inches. so do i need to cut this right at 4.5" or do i need to give them more space?
to install the lights so i can get them in the gasket and the hole.

would rather not screw up cutting a 4.5 hole in the tub to find out i needed bigger and now have to attempt to get a bigger hole with out a piolt bit to hold it in place

i think they are bought them from Amazon. i can't remember witch place go them from and they don't have a brand on them , and of course they don't come with a diagram that says cut this hole size.

measuring the gasket with the light in the gasket it is 4.5" to the out side.
i can take the light out of the gasket it will fit in to the hole saw with about a 16th of space all the way around or less.

You measuring across the front or the back?

Looked on Amazon and the reviews for the autosmarts say 4.5 inch hole need.

I could of swore I only used a 4" hole saw but now I'm questioning myself

the back side, will give you the whole distance for the light and the gasket but the thickness of the gasket is the unknown right now.
if you cut to big you will push the in if to small you will never get them in.

so they basically have to be perfect size
