flushing radiator in 97 tj

Can I use prestone after I flush my radiator instead of the go35 stuff didn't they switch to hoat in 2000a or something I just want to be safe thank I have a 97 tj 4.0

You can use what ever you want, just don't mix the different kinds of coolant!

In other words, use the stuff this is compatible with any type coolant!

When changing antifreeze

I wanted to drain fill up with water and my ? Is do I turn on the heater and let it blow no matter however many times I do it then let it cool and fill it with antifreeze

You Got it. By running the heater, the coolant/water will flow thru the heater core. you will want to flush that old stuff out. be careful, sometimes all that gunk covers up leaks.

I had to backflush my heater core seperately and use CLR on it. There's alot of built up gunk in the core. And yeah, I used the all-models type of antifreeze that was premixed.
