yep, just run a relay off of one of the stock pigtails for a set of aftermarket fogs/driving lights. Stock wire gauge is ok for stock lights but, i would use a relay and heavier wire for anything higher wattage than stock. Mine is an 05 LJ and I am running a relay off of the stock pigtail which in turn powers my 100 watt fogs.

Hang on...Seeing as how you might instal driving lights and not fogs, you may wanna forego use of the factory wiring, and not just because it's sized too small.

The factory signal stalk is wired to lite fogs only when headlights are dimmed....If you pull out on the end of it, the fogs will lite whenever on low beam...required in most states to pass inspection.

I just installed 4 KC Hilites and wired them thru relay triggered by hi/low beams. If I flip the stalk to hi, them they all lite up....plus each pair has a switch on the dash to cut them out completely....That makes my install street legal, where KC's can only come on on Hi.

Plus it's fun to flash oncoming drivers who refuse to dim their lights, LOL, just one flick of the stalk and they dim them quick

For the high low beams i was thinking doing that mod that lets you use fog in the high beams but i just got a brush guard for it and i dont think i can fit fogs on bumper in factory holes. The worse part is i cant fit my tow hooks. Sucks but nice brush guard for 75 bucks.
