Fog lights blowing fuses

My factory fog lights on my 06 Rubicon out of no where started blowing fuses. I can't even get them to come on at all, they blow the fuses that quick. I am taking it in Thursday to the dealer. I was curious if any one else has had this problem?

i think that some wires are damaged.
take a look under your fender flares. from there the wires go inside where the engine is.

at a friends tj the cables rubbed at this place and get damaged.

I had problems with my fog lights too and it ended up being the master switch.

the master switch would contribute to the blowing of fuses. Somewhere in the wiring of ur lights, ur wires are damaged. follow the lines and check for any kinks between metal of any cuts.

Well I took my Jeep in today and got my problem fixed. Turns out in each fog light the hot wire that plugs into the bulb had some how laid over and grounded out. It happened in both fog lights. My dealer said he had never seen that before. It took just about all day for them to track it down. None the less I am back in business now with my lights. I thought you guys and girls would like to know what the fix was.
