Fold and tumble seat problem

I have a '97 with the passenger seat that folds toward the front but then unhooks and "tumbles"(?) toward the glove box. The problem is that something under the seat that allows the tumbling feature popped loose. I'd like to take the seat out to fix the issue but I can't get to the rear seat floor bolts to take them out to remove the seat. Does anyone have any tricks to help me get the bolts exposed so I can fix this thing? Pics would be very helpful. Thanx all!

If yours is like my 1999, there is a lever if you look under the front (on the right side, closest to the center of Jeep) and just below the seat adjustment bar. If you pus that down and at the same time put your other hand around the back of the seat, you should be able to pull it forward. Here's a picture

Water Dog is exactly right. My fold and tumble option disenfranchised itself a couple of years ago when the cable broke. Now I manually operate the tumble part of the operation just as he described...
