Ford 8.8 and D 44 Rubicon locker

I bought a front Dana 44 from a Rubicon with the stock locker and a rubicon air pump. I am buying a Ford 8.8 (with 4.10 and a LSD) from the guy who sold me the D 44. The mounts have not been welded on yet. I am trying to figure out the pinion angle and other things I am going to have to buy/install to get this right. I have been reading threads for a week now and still can't seem to get it all figured out.

I currently have the D35 / D30 with 3.07's and a Rubicon Express 2" BB running stock wheels with 31 X 10,5 BFG A/T's.

I want to install an Old Man Emu 2.5" lift and a 1.25" body lift (to clear 33's) eventually.

Do I wait until I get all of my suspension mods done before I get the 8.8 finished (so I can measure pinion angle)? It may be a year before I can save up enough for the OME lift. Am I going to need adjustable upper control arms? Will I need a SYE and new drive shaft? Is there a way to set this up to run on my current configuration and later upgrade suspesion without having to cut patrs off of the 8.8 and weld new stuff on?

As for the front D 44, will I need a new driveshaft? I know I will need a 1310 to 1330 U joint. Is there something I am overlooking? Front seems to be much more simple than the rear...

If anyone can give me a good solid reccomendation that makes sense, I would be greatful.....

Thanks
