ford 8.8 and spare tire question

Hey,
I have two questions. One, how do you identify a ford 8.8? Perferably bolt on.

And is there a tire carrier that let's the tire rotate? I saw it in a youtube video. Is that custom?

Thanks,
Tom

Probably custom, they most likely just welded a hub on the tire carrier i could imagine it getting very annoying very quick.
Google pictures of ford 8.8 ;D

I'm just gonna get a guy to throw it on for me. Even if I did get fab skills I wouldn't have the time. I'm 40 already with 3 kids there's just no way.
