Ford 8.8 with 4.56 gears good deal?

Ok i found a ford 8.8 set up for a Tj wrangler with 4.56 gears and a detroit locker with new brakes he wants 600 bucks for it complete. He also has the front dana 30 with 4.56 open carrier, he wants 400 for it. I have a a 3 speed auto with dana 35 rear and 3.07 gears. I am planning to put 33's and a 4 inch lift on it this summer will this be to low of gears and is this a good deal. I think it is but not sure I will be happy with the 4.56 I do drive a lot on the highway and this is my daily driver. he romvoed these out of his jeep because he found a dana 44 rear and front out of a Rubicon for his. what do you think??

3.07 is pretty low for 33's.

3.07 is what I have now on a stock jeep with a 4.0 ,but I found those 4.56 geared axles and not sure that is what I really need, I was told on here that 4.10 was the best for a 3 speed auto. I know that 600 is cheap for a setup 8.8 but not sure its the right gearing for my jeep
