front and rear gears question

I have a 97 tj with a 4-inch lift with 33-12.5 tires with factory gears and manual tranny 4.0 engine wanting to change gears should I change to 4:10 or 4:56 need help not very knowledgeable about this area

What tranny do you have? Auto or manual? Your gearing depends on your tranny and if you plan on staying with 33's.

If you have the I6 (4.0), it's recommended to run 4.56, I believe 4.88 for 4 cylinder.
