Ok so maybe a crazy question but how do the front bump stops (wrong description or term probably) come off without just tearing them off? I have a front bar to put on and they are in the way. Stock 01 TJ bumper
If you are talking about the rubber pads on the front, IIRC, they have a couple of studs on them with nuts inside the bumper. The bumper is just a piece of 16 gauge U-channel.
You could take the bumper off to expose them, or, the way I did mine a few years ago was to stick a sawzall blade between the rubber and bumper and saw off the studs.
