I have a grille guard and the basic OEM bumper, but am wanting to upgrade it. Is it possible to buy a new bumper and still keep my guard? Or do I have to get rid of the guard in order to obtain a really sturdy more aggressive looking bumper?
Ok, so here is a pic of my front bumper with the grille guard that came with it. And hopefully you'll all be able to see it correctly, thank you and I look forward to any advice. Also, I'm not sure if I want a front bumper with fog lights already in the bumper, like on the delta front bumper, or if I should just replace my fog lights, and of course move them more outwards.

Yea, then run to a local welding shop and have them close the ends in and the can re-enforce it too a little. Some black rattle can spray paint and you have a brand new bumper! Re-drill you lights to the outside of the grill guard or add in 2 more hehe.

If you haven't gotten more out of the insurance company than you deserve, then you haven't screwed them nearly as much as they have been screwing you for the past xx years.
Man I wish you all lived closer to me. I could fix you up in about an hour. I agree with the jug removing. I have modified several of these by cutting the ends off at a 45 degree angle just past the frame rails and then capped them. They look really good and having them shorter, they don't get hung up on rocks which we have alot of in the Ca. mountains.
