Front end sag with lift????

I have a 97 TJ 4.0, with a 3.5" Black Diamond Suspension lift. The front end is sagging quite a bit lower than the rear. I have a Warn 8k winch on the front bumper....

Do I need stiffer springs up front? (it is already rough enough)

Do I need to get some spacers?

Any recommendations?

The cheapest route would be to add spacers on top of the coils. Probably 1" unless it's really bad.
